Rose Marie Boutcher (Mulrooney) was born in Windsor, NL Canada. She studied ECE and Human Behaviour at Humber College. She has two children...a son and a daughter. Her daughter Ashley illustrated this book when she was a young girl. Rose Marie resides in a small fishing village in Fox Island River, NL. Canada.
