Autorenporträt
Göran Therborn, is Director of the Swedish Collegium for Advanced Study in the Social Sciences, and Professor of Sociology at Cambridge University. Publications include Between Sex and Power. Family in the World, 1900-2000 (2004), and Inequalities of World (2006). Habibul Haque Khondker, Ph.D. (Pittsburgh, 1984) is Professor at Zayed University, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He has published on nationalism, democracy and globalization.
