Autorenporträt
Terry Tan is a respected culinary consultant informed by a wealth of experience garnered over more than four decades in the food business, from cookery teaching to commercial recipe development and consultancy. The author of more than 20 cookbooks, he has appeared on many television cooking programmes mostly aired in the UK where he is now based. A former restaurateur, he grew up immersed in the culinary riches of a large Straits Chinese family, and continues to introduce the best of Southeast Asian heritage cuisine around the globe. He has given classes and presentations in many parts of the world, including Australia, Canada, Chile, Iceland, Israel, Romania, Spain, and much of continental Europe.
