Marc Bungenberg is Director of the Europa-Institut and a professor of public law, European law and public international law at Saarland University in Germany (since 2015), visiting professor at the University of Lausanne/Switzerland (since 2011). He has taught at inter alia Sydney, Geneva, Lucerne, Lausanne, Taschkent, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Munich. He is the recipient of multiple research grants. He received his doctorate in law from the University of Hannover and wrote his habilitation treatise at the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena. He holds an LL.M. from Lausanne University. His main fields of research are European (Common Commercial Policy, public procurement and state aid law) and international economic law, particularly international investment and WTO law. Manjiao Chi is professor and founding director of Center for International Economic Law and Policy (CIELP), Law School of the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE),Beijing. His recent research focuses on international economic governance, dispute settlement and sustainable development. Author of numerous books and articles, consultant of various international organizations, recipient of multiple research grants, visiting professor at many leading law schools around the world, and has taught at the Hague Academy of International Law. Deputy Chair, UNCITRAL Academic Forum on ISDS, Deputy China, China International Investment Arbitration Forum (CIIAF); Executive Council Member, American Society of International Law; Standing Council Member, Chinese Society of International Law. He also has rich experience of international arbitration, treaty negotiations and national policymaking.  Sufian Jusoh is the Director and Professor of International Trade and Investment at the Institute of Malaysia and International Studies, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is also an FDI Advisor, ArtNet, UNESCAP, International Investment Policy Consultant at the World Bank Group, External Fellow at the World Trade Institute, University of Bern, Malaysia's representative to ERIA RIN and a delegate to the ASEAN High Level Task Force for ASEAN Community Vision Post 2025. In APEC, Sufian played a key role in the success of Malaysia's chairmanship of APEC 2020, leading to the APEC Putrajaya Vision 2040, Malaysian representative to the preparation of the APEC Food Security Roadmap 2030, and a delegate to the APEC Investment Expert Group. Sufian plays a key role in the reform of the investment policies in Malaysia, Laos, Myanmar, Timor-Leste, the Federated States of Micronesia and Pakistan.  Sufian is a Barrister-at-Law (England and Wales) of Lincoln's Inn, London, and holds an LL.B (Hons.) from Cardiff Law School, LL.M, University College London, and a Doctor in Law from University of Bern, Switzerland. Prabhash Ranjan is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Legal Studies, South Asian University, New Delhi, India. Prabhash holds a Ph.D. in law from King's College London. He studied at the School of Oriental and African Studies and the University College London for his LLM as a British Chevening scholar. His areas of research interest are international investment, India's investment treaties, and world trade law. Prabhash has published various papers in leading international journals and a book titled 'India and Bilateral Investment Treaties: Refusal, Acceptance, Backlash' published by Oxford University Press. Islambek Rustambekov is Professor of Private International Law Department and Vice-Rector of Tashkent State University of Law (since 2019). He is an international arbitrator and sits as arbitrator in many institutions including ICSID, TIAC, VIAC, HKIAC, EDAC and others. He is the recipient of multiple research grants from Uzbekistan Government, World Bank, USAID, UNDP, and UNODC. He received hisPhD and DSc in law from the Tashkent State University of Law. His main fields of research are international commercial and investment arbitration, mediation, recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign courts and arbitration awards, international investment law and private international law. He is the author of more than 100 publications, including articles, monographs, textbooks and teaching tutorials.
