Klaus Weber leitet als Regierungsdirektor bei der Landesdirektion Chemnitz das Referat Verkehrsrecht . Zahlreiche Veröffentlichungen in juristischen Zeitschriften zum Allgemeinen Verwaltungsrecht, Polizeirecht, Europarecht und auch Verwaltungsvollstreckungsrecht belegen seine Fachkompetenz. Er war von 1992 bis 2006 Arbeitsgemeinschaftsleiter für Rechtsreferendare und ist seit über 10 Jahren Lehrbeauftragter an der Fachhochschule der Sächsischen Verwaltung in Meißen und bei der Verwaltungsakademie in Chemnitz.
