This book is a summary of the author's ongoing research in the field of Physical and Sport Education in general and particularly in the Psychomotor Education of the pre-school children. In this study, the author presents a tableau of the reality and the problems regarding this field of education, basing on the data obtained by measurements and testing of the indicators of the psychomotor achievements of children, compared with contemporary standards alongside issues related to promoting the physical and motor activities of the students inside or outside education institutions. Results of these researches have been made available to different interest groups such as; specialists, students and teachers of the Physical Education and Sports, parents community, employees of central and peripheral decision-making institutions of education and local government, etc.
