Autorenporträt
Based on 20 years of personal experience, Carol Grigg went on to establish the support group ASPIA Inc (Asperger Syndrome Partner Information Australia), then completed a Counselling qualification to enable her to also work professionally with partners in a relationship with an adult on the Autism Spectrum. In 2014 Carol's "service to families affected by Asperger's Syndrome" was recognised with a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM). Writing has been at the heart of Carol's work from the beginning, knowing how important it is to get realistic helpful literature into the hands of those who are seeking it, especially when local support is scarce.
