The aim of this work is to assess the impact and explain the contribution of microcredit to the activities of micro and very small enterprises in the commune of SANGE. Specifically, it assesses the impact of access to microcredit on the performance of these businesses. Observational data were collected on a sample of one hundred and forty businesses, using a quasi-experimental method: the Propensity Score Matching technique. Performance is approximated by sales.
