This research effort examined the Information and Communication Technology platforms in place to deliver e-payment services in Nigeria. It investigated the factors influencing the deployment and adoption of the services and determined the levels and patterns of adoption as well as customers' satisfaction with the services. This was with a view to facilitating the effective diffusion of the technology among the populace. The project provided a framework for the review of the existing cashless policy of the Nigerian government. The country's economy was cash inclined while previous efforts by regulators to discourage cash transactions had yielded little results. The feedback received from government agencies who have referenced this work has been extremely positive.
