This book reports on the two case studies conducted in Pahang, Malaysia. The first case study was conducted among a group of Malay students studying at a local university in Malaysia. In this case study a survey in the form of questionnaire was sent out to 100 respondents to find out their use of English in oral and written communication. Another case study was conducted among another group of Malay students on the use of video-films as literature text in ESL classroom.
