NORMAH BINTI OTHMAN is an Associate Professor at the Centre for Modern Languages and Human Sciences, Universiti Malaysia Pahang. She holds a Ph.D in English Language, Master of Education in TESL, Bachelor of Education (Hons) in TESL, and Certificate of Education in Early Childhood Education - English Language.
