The objective of this study is to explore the importance of factors which are influence on fresh graduate's employability in the construction industry Sri lanka. With this regards, Four types of employability factors were taken in to consideration for this research by developing hypotheses as knowledge, skills, attitudes and personality and under each hypothesis factor another four sub factors were analyzed. A questionnaire that contained these factors ware distributed to employees who are working attached to construction industry and they were asked to express the level of importance by rating very low, low, moderate, high and very high with two aspects of existing level and expected level. The results of the analyses are explained the influence and importance of considered factors for fresh graduates employability. This study has conducted using quantitative approach and specially a questionnaire survey with 56 employees at Nawaloka construction pvt ltd and Lex duco company to analyze used principal components, descriptive, correlation, chi squire test and gap analyses were used from SPSS 21.0.
