Kibatu Received his Bachelor of Art in Management at Bahir Dar University and a Masters in logistics and supply chain management at Addis Ababa University, school of commerce Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.In 2011, He joined ministry of Health Ethiopia worked in different positions.
