The aim of this research was to assess the physical education and sports learning at university of Burundi. The result showed physical education and sports still need improvement about class learning(R=-0.217), dormitory9R=-0.513), Coach qualification(R=-0.263), equipment(R=-0.263). The correlation between variables themselves was not strong significant with R<0.5 except the relationship between physical fitness and wellbeing with R:0.732. Massage as an effort for passive recovery can reduce muscle tension, accelerate blood circulation, increase nerve conductivity, and hormonal changes, as well as increase immunity. Sports massage and frirage massage can also increase levels of the beta endorphin (BE) hormone to speed up athlete's recovery. There is a significant increase the levels of BE hormone in sport massage (t = -8,021, p = 0,000) and frirage massage (t = -5.011, p = 0.000) groups.
