The school as a social institution has the social and constitutional responsibilities of educating the students and protecting them from the abuse of their rights and privileges. To actualise this the principals and teachers' as administrators' of ever institution should be aware of students right so as not to violate this fundamental rights and privileges accorded them as students. This book, assessment of principals' violation of student's rights in secondary school administration is set out to identify, assess and address these right violation and create awareness among school administrators in the subsequentchapters. It also set out to identify fundamental human Rights as stated in the 1999 constitution.
