Dr Ezeokonkwo John U. graduated from University of Washington (Building Construction in 1980) and Seattle University (M.Sc. in Highway/Transportation Engineering in 1982. He obtained his Ph.D in Construction Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.He taught in Civil Engineering and currently Building department in Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
