The author ,Bayisa Tufa, have got his first Degree in Crop Production from Ambo University college under Continued Educational Program in 2009.He has also served as an Agricultural and Rural Development Office at Ambo district. The author have awarded with M.Sc Degree in Crop Protection from Ambo University School of Graduate Studies.
