This study aimed to evaluate the incidence and severity of African mosaic disease (AMD) on different cassava cultivars under the ecological conditions of Kindu in DR Congo. The trial was conducted in a randomized complete block design during the A season of the year 2020. It compared three exotic cassava cultivars with a reference cultivar (T0) on the basis of vegetative growth (height and diameter) and phytosanitary (incidence and severity of MAM) parameters on plants derived from cuttings harvested from apparently healthy stems. The results recorded during the study generally indicate that the incidence and severity of AMD varies with the type of cassava cultivar.
