Dr. Silpi Pervin ;Nascido a 10 de Agosto de 1983. Formou-se na Faculdade de Medicina de Bengala do Norte em 2007, e concluiu a MPhil em Patologia Clínica em 2012 na BSMMU, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Trabalhou como patologista clínico e também como professor assistente de patologia no Bangladesh.
