Andre Duza is an actor, stuntman, screenwriter, martial artist, and the author or co-author of over 10 novels, a graphic novel (Hollow Eyed Mary), and the Star Trek comic book Outer Light. He has also contributed to several collections and anthologies, including Book of Lists: Horror, alongside the likes of Stephen King and Eli Roth. Andre has appeared in several movies and TV Series, including For Life, For My Man, Final Contact, Shadow Fist 1 & 2, Blackout, Booted, Alpha Rift starring Lance Henriksen, and Hustle, Starring Adam Sandler. He is a member of the Samuels Action Stunt Team. Anna Kubik graduated from DePaul University with a master's degree in Writing and Publishing. She splits her time between reading anything she can get her hands on, editing stuff, and occasionally playing with her own imaginary friends. She hates snow but lives in Chicago. NICK CATO is the author one novel and nine novellas, which include the cult favorites THE LAST PORNO THEATER, DEATH WITCH, and UPTOWN DEATH SQUAD. He is also the author of two non fiction film books (both published by the UK's Headpress) and is currently working on his third film book, a look at post-1982 midnight movies. He lives in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife Shannon.
