Taking care of another human being is hard. In my opinion, the physical part of care giving is not as difficult as the emotional grief. Perhaps the hardest of all for me was to stay positive and maintain my own physical and mental health. We all get discouraged, but by digging deep into our indomitable spirits, we can conquer the difficulties that life throws our way.At the end of the day, all we can do is take excellent care of our loved ones with dementia and put an end to this awful disease. In the meantime, my wish is that each of us lives life to the fullest!
