Autorenporträt
"Susanne Groom" is Curator of Collections at Historic Royal Palaces, London. She is the co-author of "Kew Palace: The Official Illustrated History" (Merrell, 2006). "Heston Blumenthal" is a chef and the owner of The Fat Duck, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Bray, Berkshire. He has presented several TV shows and is the author of numerous cookery books.
