Jendia Gammon is a Nebula and BSFA Award finalist author of science fiction, fantasy, and horror books and short stories. She has also written as J. Dianne Dotson. Jendia was born in Southern Appalachia, in East Tennessee. She holds a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and spent several years in academic and non-profit research.
