Kim Suvarna, MBBS, BSc, FRCP, FRCPath Department of Histopathology Royal Hallamshire Hospital Sheffield Teaching Hospitals UK   Professor Suvarna was a Senior Cardiac Pathologist in the UK with a wide legal, medical and academic background in cardiac disease.  He had a special interest in cardiovascular and respiratory/thoracic pathology, and was the lead examiner for the Certificate for Autopsy Training (CHAT) for the Royal College of Pathologists, as well as the lead for the pathology component for the Royal College of Surgeons. He had experience of several decades of surgical cardiac pathology alongside autopsy related pathology and was a national referral point for complex cardiac disease and provided expert court testimony.   Abigail K. Sharp, MBChB, DipFMS, CHAT, FRCPath, Department of Histopathology   Royal Hallamshire Hospital   Sheffield Teaching Hospitals   UK   Dr Sharp is an autopsy pathologist in the UK. She is developing histopathology interests in cardiac and gastrointestinal pathology. She has been a member of the Royal College of Pathologists' Death Investigation Committee.
