¿tefan Mihai Petrea received his B.S. in three fields: Food Science and Aquaculture, Economy and Navigation, Maritime and Fluvial Transport, his M.S. in both Aquatic Bio-Resources Science and Engineering and Management in Public Administration and his Ph.D. from ,,Dunarea de Jos¿¿ University of Galati, where he works now as a assistant professor.
