In order to determine the frequency and management of clavicular fractures in kananga hospitals, a retrospective study of 11 cases was carried out in the surgical departments of the Bon Berger hospital in Tshikaji, the kananga provincial hospital and the Jukayi hospital for the period January 01/2019 to December 31/2022.The following observations emerged from this study:- the hospital frequency of clavicle fracture is 8.9%;- this fracture has an annual average of 2.7 cases/year;- the mean age is 27.7 and the modal age 22;- closed fracture is the most common type;- orthopedic treatment was the most common.Finally, it is important to help the Kasainne population to develop a spirit of prevention, and for road users to avoid all forms of distraction, in order to avoid as far as possible the danger engendered by this fracture.
