1 It is found that the relativistic integral of action (functional) has no extremums. It is constant. Therefore, the least action relativistic principle cannot be implemented.2It is shown that instantaneous action is irretrievable from Maxwell's equations. 3Proved that the stochastic theory of molecular motion is not realized in the ideal gas model. It is necessary to revise the concept of MCT.4Einstein was found to have made a mistake when explaining the paradoxes, which led to the logic violation. He did not understand the difference between the philosophical categories of "phenomenon and essence" and, therefore, gave a wrong explanation of space-time relations in physics, etc.5Einstein's UTO is shown to be incorrect. Maxvelization" of the gravitation equations is proposed and substantiated.6The problem of thermal interaction of particles at micro-level is discussed.7 It is shown that there is no basis for corpuscular-wave dualism in nature.
