The purpose of the study was to investigate the attitude of students and teachers toward teaching practicum and to identify the out comes and problems encountered during the implementation process of the program.The result of the study indicated that both teachers and students have insignificant positive attitude toward teaching practicum. Students and teachers also showed similar attitude for those factors which have relation with course related factors.
