By using a mixed methodology, the current work sought to explore the sexual experiences, sexual conduct and safer/unsafer sex practices of Ethiopian male and female undergraduate students in the context of the HIV/AIDS pandemic rampant tn the country. To end,the book investigated:Students, their practice on preventive measures against HIV/AIDS. Data gathered from 606 among randomly chosen undergraduate students in Addis Ababa University revealed that 34.2% of respondents were sexually experienced. 80.7% did not perceive being as if they are at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS. As can be seen from the work that the majority of the respondents thought as were not at risk of getting HIV/AIDS, suggesting the students do not acknowledge personal susceptibility to HIV infection that would necessitate the adoption of protective measures that target university students in Ethiopia.
