Yaro Yamani sampling technique was used to determine the sample size for this research in which it scientifically selected.

Ufoaroh Ebele Theresa is presently a lecturer in Anambra state polytechnic Mgbakwu Anambra state. She is presently undergoing her Doctorate program in Business Administration at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Igbariam Anambra state, she has her PGD in education and she has 15 yrs working experience from tertiary and secondary institution.
