Attrition among patients receiving Antiretroviral Therapy is a major setback of UNAIDS Goal 90-90-90. This study was conducted to identify and address the factors responsible for attrition in the Greater Accra Regional Hospital. The study adopted a trend and retrospective study design to describe individual, institutional and national events accounting for attrition. Findings of the study has the potential to improve treatment adherence in the hospital and beyond.
