Carlos Canelas has a doctorate in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms from the Universities of Aveiro and Porto, a master's degree in Communication and Journalism from the University of Coimbra, a post-graduate degree in Educational Multimedia Communication from the Open University, and a degree in Communication and Public Relations from the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda.
