Tillanazarov Zuhriddin I nasceu a 15 de agosto de 2022 na região de Namangan. Estudou nas escolas 34 e 42 do distrito de Chust. Em 2020, foi admitido na Universidade Estatal de Namangan. Durante os seus estudos, participou em muitas conferências internacionais e nacionais e ganhou prémios. Atualmente, é aluno do 3.º ano da Faculdade de Economia da Universidade Estatal de Namangan.
