Augmented Reality based on Ontology (ARBOO) is a project with the purpose of providing a new exciting technology that improves teaching children with some intellectual disabilities, children that have difficulties memorizing or even suffer from having a short attention span by combining augmented reality with ontology. To achieve that, the system uses several components in order to automate the whole process such as (SOA, Text Processing, Stemming and a Search Engine). The system receives a lesson-script by scanning tags/glyphs, analyses that script by extracting and matching keywords with ontology and then retrieves an image for the main object of the lesson and projects it onto the screen.
