Sandy Moriarty is a longtime instructor at Oaksterdam University in Oakland, Ca., the premier cannabis school in the United States. Her book Aunt Sandy's Medical Marijuana Cookbook: Comfort Food for Mind and Body served was one of the first cookbooks focused on cannabis-infused cuisine. She continues to speak, teach and advocate for cannabis on the national level.
