Jair Teixeira dos Reis es licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Estatal de Montes Claros/MG - UNIMONTES, con especialización en Derecho Tributario a nivel de postgrado por el IBET - Instituto Brasileño de Estudios Tributarios. Tiene un Máster en Educación. Es Profesor y Coordinador Tutor del curso de postgrado de Educación en Derechos Humanos de la UFES.
