Seminar paper from the year 2019 in the subject Engineering - Computer Engineering, grade: A, , language: English, abstract: This project, introduces an automated and efficient solution for car parking management. Utilizing LabVIEW's front panel and block diagram functionalities, the system is specifically designed to automate the entry and exit processes in a car parking facility. The incorporation of an LCD provides real-time information on the total number of parked cars and available parking spaces. The project employs a slide switch to detect vehicle entry and exit, preventing further entries when the parking area reaches full capacity. In such cases, a "NO SPACE FOR PARKING" message is displayed on the LCD in red, signaling that the parking facility is at maximum capacity. The system ensures that the entrance gate remains closed if there is no available parking space. Upon a vehicle leaving the park, the controller updates the count and allows other vehicles to enter. To address limitations of existing systems, the proposed solution integrates IR sensors. These sensors not only determine the availability of parking slots but also allocate and de-allocate them based on the presence of vehicles at entry and exit points. This innovation eliminates the time-consuming process of searching for an empty parking slot in a large area, providing a more user-friendly and efficient car parking management system. The inclusion of LED indicators further enhances user experience by signaling the availability of parking spaces in real-time, with green indicating availability and red indicating occupancy.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.
My name is Bandar Naji Ali Hezam, and I am from Yemen. Growing up, I was always interested in technology and how things worked. However, my parents did not have any background in engineering, so it was up to me to explore this interest on my own. After completing my secondary education in Yemen, I decided to pursue a degree in mechatronics engineering at Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation. I was attracted to this field because it combines mechanical, electronic, and computer engineering, and I knew that it would provide me with a solid foundation in a wide range of technical skills. Studying at Asia Pacific University was an enriching experience. I met people from all over the world, and I was exposed to new ideas and ways of thinking. The program was challenging, but I enjoyed every moment of it. I learned about the principles of mechanics, electronics, and computing, and how they all come together to create complex systems. After graduating with my degree, I decided to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration at University of Cyberjaya. I wanted to expand my knowledge beyond the technical aspects of engineering and learn more about business and management. The program was rigorous, but it gave me a deep understanding of finance, marketing, organizational behavior, and other important business topics. With my education and skills, I started my career as a mechatronics engineer. I have worked for several companies over the years, designing and developing complex systems for a variety of industries. I have always been passionate about my work, and I have enjoyed every project that I have worked on. In my free time, I like to read books and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and engineering. I also like to travel and experience new cultures and ways of life. Looking back on my life so far, I am proud of what I have accomplished. As someone who did not have any background in engineering in my family, I am particularly proud of my achievements. I hope to continue to learn and grow as an engineer and as a person, and to make a positive impact in the world.
