We study clinical MRI from our collaborating radiologists group and use their clinical diagnosis reports as our gold standard for diagnosis of each disc level in the lumbar area.

Dr. Alomari is a research associate fellow at the University at Buffalo, SUNY. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo 2010, and both his BSc. and MSc. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Jordan in 2002 and 2004, respectively.
