ASMAEIL AMMARAH BALQ received BSc in computer science department faculty of science in Zawia University (Libya) in 2000, then in 2001. He joined to work in Libya equation until 2008, in 2006 he received MSc in Information Technology from University of Libya, from 2009 he is a staff member in computer department in Zawia.in 2019 he have finished phd.
