This paper proposes a new approach to improving the management of information about the personnel composition of the organization through the use of a problem-oriented data registry; developed a method for selecting candidates for a vacancy based on the application of mathematical apparatus of genetic algorithms; considered the method of integration of problem-oriented data registry, designed for personnel accounting organization, into the existing corporate information system of the enterprise.
