Author was born in Punjab(State) in India, on March 12,1979. He obtained his M.S. in Electrical Engg. from Tennessee Technological University (TTU) Cookeville-TN, USA in July,2010. He was appointed as Research Associate at Center of Manufacturing and Research, TTU, and worked on the externally funded project of Office of Naval Research(ONR), USA.
