Nurullah Cihan A¿bay has obtained BA degree in the field of Management. He studied in Germany as an exchange student in 2006 and completed MA degree in International Relations through DAAD scholarship at University of Hamburg in 2013. He studies PhD in the field Political Science and Public Management and works at Bitlis Eren University, Turkey.
