OSONGO OKONGAKOYI Marcel, born on 12/12/1992 in DRC. He obtained his Primary School Certificate at EP OLUIE, Congolese State Diploma at Lovanium Institute, Bachelor's Degree at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Lodja. Currently Assistant at the University of Science and Technology of Lodja.
