Jill Caruso is a Marriage and Family Therapist in Southport CT (and Ava's mom). Illustrator Lee Lorenz (Ava's dad) is the renowned author, illustrator, cartoonist and former Art Editor of The New Yorker. Although no longer married to each other, they continue to love and parent Ava together. This is a collaboration in honor of Ava's 21st birthday.
