Bangladesh is a hotspot of biodiversity that harbors more than 690 bird species. Recently ornithologists are becoming more and more interested in the avifauna of Bangladesh. To know about the birds of Jaipurhat and Naogaon district of Bangladesh, we carried out research work from 2011 to 2019 focusing on the habitat, habitual status, social status, feeding guild, distribution, and relative diversity of avifauna in the study area. In Naogaon the study was conducted from 2011 t0 2018 and in Jaipurhat it was from 2017 to 2019. We found some amusing results through this research work that I believe will be very helpful for future ornithological studies in Bangladesh.
