Johanna Garton is a journalist and attorney in Denver, Colorado, who has long been attracted to exploring the world. Her first book, "Awakening East: Moving Our Adopted Children Back to China," is a memoir about the challenge of moving with her husband and two children from the United States to experience life in China for a year.
