Each Dawn, you will hopefully awaken rested, and before beginning your day, read your morning's offering. You are invited to extract any passage that moves you and own it. You may want to write them down, take a cell phone snapshot of them, or share them throughout your day. This can help to shift and reinforce your new perspectives on a particular subject matter and notice how empowered you feel as a result. Nighttime showers help to wash the energies of the day away. This helps prepare you for the Dusk offering which is read at night or just before bedtime. Going to bed clean and with new thoughts to consider, can change your physiology and encourage the deep sleep that your body requires to be reenergized and rejuvenated.
