Awakening the Divine Feminine's method takes you through four sections of self-transformation, each offering guided meditations paired with sound frequencies that help tune and rebalance your energy centers (also known as chakras) and promote self-healing. As we work up the chakra system from root to crown, more energy will be freed from negative blocks (or trauma) stored in the body and restored to its natural flow. You will be taught how to alter your own frequency so that you may come into alignment with the reality you are actively creating, magnetizing your desires to you and strengthening your power as a feminine creator.
As a childhood trauma and domestic violence survivor, my healing journey has been anything but easy. Raised as the only child in a profoundly impoverished and religious household, I faced excommunication from the Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses at the age of 17, leading to the disownment of my family and community.This caused me to suppress my spirituality, turn away from God/Source/Universe and cut off my connection to my Higher Self. After discovering the healing powers of the sacred plant and the benefits meditation had on my depression and anxiety, I slowly began to heal and reconnect with my higher power. As I began to work through layers of trauma I was able to start working with my guides and angels directly, discovering what it was they were trying to teach me without the heavy religious dogma that kept me small, suffering and living in shame. My psychic abilities began to come online and I AM now proud to say that I have mastered the art of manifestation and so can you!
