Dr. Sandeep Upadhyayis a TRP of Agrometeorology and Head of Natural Resource Management at Uttarakhand University of Horticulture and Forestry located at Bharsar, Uttarakhand in India. On educational front, he holds a Ph.D. degree in Soil Science. He also has published several research and technical papers in various journals and periodicals.
