All this transformation and contradiction in urban characteristics may be leads to urban chaos. Furthermore, this chaos may also be aa a result of shortcomings in the practice of architects, their education, or the application of city legislation. This book believes that most of the focus of the concept of the public realm was placed on moving away from the control of the regulations, both at the levels of home and work. Despite the fact that the third places can provide the broad area of the abandoned such control, but "Back to the Order" believes it should be that this abandoned, surrounded by frescoes responsibility to respect the rights of others.
