The section also includes, good qualities of employees that organisations or employers in general look for in a candidate. SECTION B - Builds on section A with the imparting of interpersonal skills. These skills include Communication with the understanding that wherever people are, you need to have good interpersonal skills without which it might be difficult to sustain ones work relationships and by default ones employment. This section also discusses; Discipline at the workplace, Counseling at work and conflict. Section C is meant to make people aware what CVs are and how to compile one. It is no use carrying a document that you do not know. The importance of selecting a suitable type and style of C.V. is highlighted in the section. Section D is meant to teach people job-searching techniques and also make them aware of their own capabilities/skills to match with desired jobs. Section E is on interview techniques and selection methods in general. Charles Leyman Kachitsa has experience as a lecturer of business management and administration in all areas. This book was inspired by a community employability course, The Back to Work Program, that he designed and delivered at the Choices Community Trust in Gorton, Manchester, under the sponsorship of the Workers Education Association (WEA) - North West. The course ran as a set of short courses with another course that he designed, The Basic Computer Skills Program. The programs targeted people desiring to re-engage with their work life, whether as new employees, going back to work after a break, or changing careers. He worked as the training manager and community training coordinator for the Choices Community Trust. At the time of this book's completion, Mr Kachitsa was working as a corporate strategy lecturer at the University of Salford in Manchester. He was combining this role with working as a project manager and business management lecturer at West London College of Business & Management Sciences Manchester Campus. His experience spans to working in the financial sector in the UK and Malawi, where he once worked at National Bank of Malawi for a number of years. Charles holds a master's degree in business administration (finance) and a BA degree in business management. He has a teaching qualifications and other professional qualifications that includes a certificate in business computing. In July 2014, he started a journey to study for his PhD with the research based in business management, particularly the area of transferability of skills focusing on motivation. This doctoral degree is a program administered by the University of Salford. Mr Kachitsa lives with his wife and children in the Gorton area of Manchester. Charles has a passion of helping others to excel in life and is thus involved with various community organisations.
